I've been utilizing their services for maybe 3 or so years and have had a pleasant experience each time. I appreciate that they acknowledge me when I walk in and are so good about notifying me as I wait to be assisted. That's what you call good customer service!
All of my alterations hv come out as I have envisioned....as I've had to repurpose some of my favorite pieces due to a little weight gain. They are a little pricey, BUT as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and I'm ALWAYS willing to pay more for quality brands AND services. Thank you Memorial Tailors! I wanted to switch to a two-way zipper on my parka. I ordered the replacement online and they were able to  swap them out.

Had the jacket back within the week w new zipper
